Miss Universe 2026 Contestants – Argentina: Tamara Rogouski

Argentina arrives at the 75th Miss Universe with one of the most talked-about stories of the entire delegate field. Representing the country in San Juan, Puerto Rico is Tamara Rogouski – a 28-year-old model, marketing graduate, ontological coach, and mother who made history before she even boarded a plane to Puerto Rico.

Tamara Rogouski was chosen Miss Universe Argentina 2026 and became the first mother to win the national contest. Her crowning took place at the Metropolitan Theatre in Buenos Aires, where she won against 31 candidates from different provinces and also received the awards for Best Face and Best Gala Costume.

The significance of her win runs deep. During decades, the international Miss Universe regulations prohibited women with children from participating – making Tamara’s victory a symbolic moment for the pageant’s evolution toward inclusivity. She is the mother of a daughter named Sophi, and she wore that identity proudly throughout the competition rather than hiding it.

Her background is equally impressive. Rogouski has worked as a model since the age of 12, developing her career between Argentina and Paraguay, and holds a degree in marketing as well as a qualification as an ontological coach. She is not simply a beauty queen – she is a fully formed professional with a message.

Her victory also had historic weight for the province of Misiones – the crown returned to the province after 68 years of waiting. In her final speech, Tamara spoke directly to young people: “A los jóvenes quiero decirles algo que aprendí en la vida. Como coach entendí que una conversación puede cambiarlo todo” — telling the youth that as a coach she learned that a single conversation can change everything.

Upon being crowned, an emotional Tamara said: “I am overwhelmed with emotion. I have almost no words. It is an immense pride. It was a path of hard work, dedication and commitment. I know that God is working and has a great purpose through this journey I am on.”
