Curaçao arrives at the 75th Miss Universe with a delegate whose crown carries real historical and personal weight. Representing the island in San Juan, Puerto Rico is Bianty Rojer Gomperts — a teacher, community advocate, and Alzheimer’s advocate from Amerikanenkamp.
